How do I apply for Manipal University Jaipur’s online programs?
After deciding upon the program of your choice, application can be submitted online at www.mahe.onlinemanipal.com.
Once you provide the basic details, you can pay your application fee of INR 1500 (non-refundable) and provide necessary education and work experience details. Pay the admission fee for either one semester/year or full program fee.

To complete the admission process, you need to upload relevant documents. Once they are approved by the university, your admission process will be complete.
What is the selection process?
- Complete the application form by paying the application fee of INR 1500 (non-refundable) and filling in your basic details, education details, and work experience.
- Submit the application by paying the semester fee and uploading documents required to validate your education, work experience, and other details.
- Upon successful submission, your application for the online program will be evaluated by the Admissions team of Manipal University Jaipur. In case the university requires further clarification on your eligibility documents, you will be intimated via email.
- You will get to know the status of your admission within 5-7 working days after submitting the application.
- Once a decision is taken on the application, the admissions team will intimate the candidate via email on the status of their admission.
If I am eligible for a scholarship and also pay the entire fee upfront, can I avail both the scholarship and the fee concession (for full payment)?
Yes. All learners who pay the full program fee upfront can avail 5% fee concession on total program fee upon approval. In addition to the fee concession, if a learner is eligible for a scholarship, he/she can avail the same. The scholarship amount will be calculated on the total program fee.
How will scholarships be processed for eligible candidates?
Once a candidate’s scholarship is approved during admission, the scholarship benefit shall be applied as per the below table-

For example- In the case of semester-wise fee payment, Semester-1 scholarship benefit shall be applicable in the subsequent semester ie- scholarship benefit of both Semester 1 & 2 shall be applicable while registering for Semester – 2. Thereafter, from Semester – 3, the current semester scholarship benefit shall be applicable.

*EMI amount mentioned above is applicable for the entire program fee and would need to be paid monthly, for the full duration of the program.
Approval of loans from our loan partners depends on applicants meeting credit norms and submitting required documents. Loan partners may impose other fees and may have additional terms & conditions that must be met by applicants.

What is the refund policy?
Manipal University Jaipur follows UGC regulations for refund of course fee.
- 15 days or more, before the formally-notified last date of admission – 100% refund*
- Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission – 90% refund
- 15 days or less, after the formally-notified last date of admission – 80% refund
- 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the formally-notified last date of admission – 50% Refund
- More than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of admission – No Refund
